Frederic Chopin was born in 1810 in Żelazowa Wola near Warsaw. He spent the rest of his life in Paris, where he died in 1849. The pieces of music composed by Frederic Chopin are full of longing for his beloved country, they are full of expressions and romanticism.

The concerts are performed by Tempero Group, which came into existence thanks to students of Krakow Music University and their passion for Jewish music and culture. Their style is beyond the scope of classic elements of Klezmer music and during the performances one can find various influences of modern Jazz, Balkan and Folk motifs. These efforts resulted in original arrangements and entirely new works, which perfectly reflect the atmosphere of contemporary Kazimierz.

Jama Michalika was established in 1895 as the Lvov patisserie coffee shop, which was run by Apolinary Jan Michalik who came from Lvov. In 1905 the Green Baloon started giving perrormances and then the house was called Jama Michalika, Michalika Cave by the artists because it doesn't have any windows
